Shock As Government Deports Miguna Miguna From His Own Country

Miguna Miguna Deported Arrested Detained Killed Poisoned

Kenya is being treated to what was witnessed during the Nazi era where countries deported citizens from their own countries.
Miguna Miguna was ejected from the country yesterday to Canada via Amsterdam. The fiery lawyer boarded a KLM flight minutes to 10pm.
Nelson Havi, Cliff Ombeta and Dr John Khaminwa, Miguna Miguna's lawyers, have all confirmed that the self proclaimed lawyer was forced out of the country without their knowledge.
Dr John Khaminwa who confirmed that Miguna Miguna was already out of Kenya's airspace said that move made by the government was such a travesty of justice.
It is not clear what part of the law the government used to deport Miguna because he is a Kenyan citizen by birth and no mistake made by him guarantees deportation as a punishment.
He is a dual citizen of Kenya and Canada and it is said the government may have confiscated any documents that show he is Kenyan therefore making it hard for him to come back to Kenya once he steps back in Kenya.

'They Were Like Death. Un-American'. Trump Trashes Democrats For Not Applauding During Speech.

The American president Donald Trump accused Democrats of being 'un-American' and said that they 'were like death' as he addressed them. He added that they were 'bad energy' and in a way treasonous because they failed to applaud him during his State of the Union speech.
At his speech in Blue Ash, Ohio, Trump insisted that the Democrats last week gave off 'bad energy' and despite his positive economic news, they did not show any support.

They would rather see Trump do badly than our country do well. That’s what it means,” Trump said during an address on tax reform at a manufacturing plant in Ohio. “It’s very selfish. It was bad energy.”

“They were like death and un-American. Somebody said ‘treasonous.’ I mean, eh. I guess, why not? Can we call that treason, why not? I mean they certainly didn’t seem to love our country very much.”

In the United States, treason is a capital offense and punishable by death.

“The freedom not to clap for ideas you disagree with is called the 1st Amendment,” Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon tweeted.

The two top Republicans in Congress, House Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, declined to comment.

Over the past four years, the US economy has added 10 million jobs and the overall unemployment rate has fallen to its lowest level since 2000. Wage growth, however, has been sluggish, although it has shown signs of picking up recently.

TSC To Rehabilitate Teachers Struggling With Addiction

TSC To Rehabilitate Teachers Struggling With Addiction

Teachers Service Commission Director Janet Onyango has said the rising number of teachers struggling with drugs and alcohol addiction is affecting service delivery and quality of education in the country.
In effect, the Teachers Service Commission is collecting data on teachers addicted to drugs and alcohol in Embu Country to begin a rehabilitation program.
Speaking during an event in Kangaru School, the director said many teachers abandon their work at the end of the month and only show up back to school when their salary is done with. The salary is usually spent on alcohol.
Many of these teachers with an alcohol problem are not in healthy relationships with their supervisors hence hostility in school.
This has in turn impacted negatively on students who watch the hostilities at play. The quality of education has been, needless to say, been compromised.
Janet Onyango however said that these teachers were suffering from an actual disease and thus should not be subjected to blanket condemnation from the stakeholders.
The rehabilitation program is miles away from the tradition where teachers found drunk at work were immediately fired.

The Teachers Service Commission is planning to recruit close to 2700 teachers to replace those who retired between November and December last year.
1681 primary school teachers and 524 post primary institutions teachers will be hired to cover the void left in November.
366 primary school teachers and 101 post primary institutions teachers will be hired to cover the void left in December.
The Teachers Service Commission executive Nancy Macharia has said those applying for the mentioned positions must be below the age of 45 years and registered as teachers with the commission.
She has also said that applicants for the primary schools positions must be holders of P1 certificates and employment will be based on county merit list compiled during the June last year recruitment drive.
Those seeking the post primary posts must be holders of at least a diploma in education certificate.
The applicants for both primary and post primary positions have until February 7 to apply and the application papers can be found in the TSC website.
The commission has also said that successful applicants will be posted in any part of the country and not necessarily where they were recruited from.
This recruitment drive is part of government's bigger plan to ensure 100 per cent transition from primary to secondary school for students.
The government plans to recruit 50,000 teachers in the next four years with more than 12,000 teachers being employed annually.

Jimnah Mbaru Politics Net Worth Billionaire

Investment banker Jimnah Mbaru is clearly tired of all the politics in this country, and the swearing in of Raila Odinga and the government's retaliation has gotten into the man's nerves.
He took to Twitter to express his frustration saying if we spent less time on politics, the country would be wealthy.
If Kenyans spent just 50% of their time on economics instead of talking politics, this country would be very wealthy.

Things went nasty real quick as Kenyans on Twitter tore into him in their usual fashion without any stopping in sight.

Mathare MP Reveals Plans By Government To Arrest Raila Odinga

Mathare Member of Parliament Anthony Oluoch has come out to reveal that he has learned of a plan by government to arrest the people's president Raila Odinga.
The MP who was speaking during the release of his client, George Aladwa, from police custody wondered why his client who is also Makadara member of parliament, was being arrested for attending the ceremony yet more than 2 million people attended the event.
He said the government was not interest in Miguna Miguna, George Aladwa or TJ Kajwang. This is a social experiment, he says, by the government to see how Raila Odinga's supporters would react if he were to be arrested.
Many people believe that the government of the day is not capable of putting Raila Odinga behind bars due to the consequences such an action would have.
Raila Odinga has a massive support base in Kibera, and the most part of Eastlands in Nairobi. His supporters in upcountry would also take his arrest country.

Sauti Sol Responds To Allegations They Pay Models With Food

Sauti Sol have come out to respond to allegations that they intended to pay models and dancers with food and transport.
Read,
The boy group has come out to distance itself from the email saying it was sent by a third party contractor they had contracted to shoot their video.
We have been made aware of an email going around asking models to appear in a Sauti Sol dance video production for no compensation. The production email address it was sent from is often used by 3rd party contractors and in this case they clearly got it all wrong.

In another tweet, the band apologizes for the harm done and says they have since severed ties with the said third party contractor.
We believe in fair compensation for all work in the entertainment industry and do not condone the "exposure" speak. We believe our track record speaks for itself. Needless to say, we have terminated our contract with the production company involved.

Hello, thank you for your application. The nature of the shoot, on Monday 5th February, is a dance video for Sauti Sol's next song. We will be needing 6-9 models and you were amongst the models we liked the look of. For this particular video we do not have a budget for models. However, we will provide money for transport and food on the day of the shoot. And we believe this could open many doors for you.

Who Is Simba Arati? Why Is He Feared By Government So Much?

When Raila Odinga swore himself as the people's president on 30th January, one man who was hardly noticeable in the crowd is now on the receiving end of the government's wrath.
Simba Arati, 36 years old and laid back, was put under house arrest during a NASA planned event at Jakaranda Grounds, and was largely mentioned in police circles when fighting broke out in Kawangware.
Just recently, he had his firearm license revoked by government. The government claims he is unfit to hold a gun. He quickly moved to the courts to block the police from taking his firearm but the police have made clear their intentions to defy the court order. He has since declared that he will not surrender the firearm to the state.
Many people have been asking why he is always a target of government crackdowns on politicians. The two times Dagoretti North MP keeps a very low profile and is as mysterious as leaders that came before him like Charles Njonjo and Nicholas Biwott.

Simba Arati was born in 28th November 1982. He was in Suneka High School between 1996 and 1999 and afterwards proceeded to Kenya Polytechnic in 2001 where he obtained a diploma in Tourism Management in 2003.
He attended Guangzhou University between 2004 and 2006 and obtained a Business Management degree. He enrolled for a Masters in International Relations program in Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in 2015.
He was the managing director of Aipa Safaris Limited between 2004 and 2007 and was a committee member of Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives from 2013.
Simba Arati became a Councillor in Nairobi City Council between 2008 and 2012. This is where his political journey began. He is now a two time member of parliament having won the Dagoretti North seat in 2013 and won it again in 2017.

Simba Arati made headlines when he contested the ODM party leader position against Raila Odinga during the bungled elections. He fought off claims that he was a Jubilee mole or had been planted in the contest by Raila Odinga.

Many have predicted that he will shift his political base from Nairobi to Kisii County where he hails from to take over from the old and retiring leaders.
