Lil Lee Jefferson Rejects Khaligraph Jones' Record Deal Offer

Papa Jones has again failed to sign pure talent to his blu ink label after Lil Lee Jefferson kept his pen capped and walked out on the struggling self-declared king of rap.
"You need to know your value and tag yourself with quality, I didn't feel I was going to get that under Khali's management" said the rapper when we brought about his interactions with Papa Jones.
We have come to believe that Jefferson was approached on account of his vibrating talent and quick witted lyricism of which Khali would use more of in his corner, as such we can confirm to the public that this collaboration couldn't go through.
"T Bag is a banger and when it reached him he immediately sourced me from his guys seeking to do a remix with my hit and only feature me in the dying end. He said I was good and I believed him, I always knew I had what it took to bring some degree of change in the industry and Jones confirmed that when he tried signing me. I however could not see a clear vision with the OG given his track record and absolute self-pompousness."
Lil Lee Jefferson alludes to Mat za Ronga whose original hit maker is now drowned out as Khaligraph Jones ride out his wave of glory after merely injecting a verse and 60's hype.

I think there's a sham in there somewhere so I bailed and decided to hold out for an artist with my type of vibe, an artist with originality and respect for the art.

Lil Lee Jefferson is the first son of Africa to ever walk out on his father and never look back.
It has become common to all that the fortunes of Khali are quick fading given his out of touch method of delivery and twanging that not only repulses the regular odi, but doesn't appeal to Lil Lee Jefferson's fan cloud.  Yes, fan cloud. Lil Lee Jefferson insists his fans are in a fan cloud as bases are just too basic for his fans. Lil Lee Jefferson insists on triple refined products and his music is a testament to that.
Still in the works awaiting release to the general public is a new hit, Dead Presidents. Which he hopes can be used to commemorate and immortalize the great founders of Africa and Kenya on whose will today such rights as music are enjoyed.

I would never subject my fans to the phony act that's Khaligraph Jones.

CRAZY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE NIGHT IN THE HEADLINES

Nights like these are rare but they remind us why we love football.
Liverpool knocked out Machester City to proceed to the semi finals of this year's tournament while AS Roma upset Barcelona in a way that many cannot still believe.
Here are some of the headlines we woke up to:

Liverpool go through after Mohamed Salah stops Manchester City fightback

In the away end there were songs about winning the European Cup and, this being Liverpool, thousands of euphoric voices joining in with the follow-up shout of "again". And why not? Liverpool had survived the thunderstorm, as Jürgen Klopp had put it, and at the end of this epic tussle it was a sunrise of a smile on the German's face.

City's best shot at ruling Europe implodes in self-immolating fury | Barney Ronay

And fade to blue. Two billion pounds, 10 years and an entire Gulf state marketing plan in the making, in the end Manchester City's best shot so far at becoming the champions of Europe was extinguished in half an hour of tailspin at Anfield and the reverberations from two minutes of self-immolating fury from Pep Guardiola at the Etihad .

Pep Guardiola blames Manchester City's Champions League exit on poor decisions

Pep Guardiola blamed decisions that went against Manchester City in both Champions League quarter-final legs as they were knocked out by Liverpool 5-1 aggregate at the Etihad Stadium. Jürgen Klopp's side won 2-1 through goals by Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino, to follow last week's 3-0 victory at Anfield.

'A historic humiliation for Barcelona' - Roma win stuns Spanish press

The Spanish media, like Barcelona, were struggling to come to terms with the 3-0 defeat at Roma. It was 'a failure with no excuses'

'It's not a miracle, it's something bigger' - Italian press hails Roma's win

Not even in a moment of shared exhilaration could Italy's football writers find consensus. "Miracles, in football, do exist," ran the opening line of La Repubblica's match report for Roma's Champions League triumph over Barcelona. Corriere della Sera had a different take. "This isn't a miracle," wrote Luca Valdiserri.

Kostas Manolas seals Roma's historic comeback to beat Barcelona

There cannot have been many better celebrations at this stadium. One glance off Kostas Manolas's head was enough to spark scenes of utter bedlam. The Roma coaches and substitutes had all leapt off the bench to join in, it was barely possible to hear yourself think and Barcelona were stunned.

'What a night!' De Rossi hails coach Di Francesco as Roma stun Barcelona

Roma's captain, Daniele De Rossi, praised the coach, Eusebio Di Francesco, after his side completed a remarkable comeback against Barcelona to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League. Trailing 4-1 from the first leg after a De Rossi own goal, they made a flying start with Edin Dzeko's opener.

Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino strike as Liverpool send City packing

Rather than one of the Champions League's great historic comebacks, we instead saw the effect of one of its great modern players - and maybe another great Liverpool European season. That's what it feels like it's building up to, with the team following Mohamed Salah to such an elite level.

How Dejan Lovren took the floor to ensure Liverpool seized the luck against Manchester City

Five-one. On beds and couches, on mate's floors and in identikit hotel rooms, Liverpool supporters will have woken on Wednesday morning feeling a strong urge to pinch themselves. After two of the most thrilling games imaginable, the best team in the world - in the words of their own manager - had been not simply beaten, but vanquished, and on the biggest stage of all.

Manchester City's penchant for speed proves their undoing in chastening Champions League defeat

As the two teams emerged for this game, Pep Guardiola could be seen on the touchline, staring out over the turf, eyes glazed, a man seemingly seized by a deafening clarity. On all four sides of the stadium around him blue and white flags fluttered like a magnificent robe, lending the place acertain tranquillity, even on an occasion this febrile, this flammable.

Safaricom has made a breakthrough in international money transactions after announcing a partnership with PayPal that will enable M-pesa users to receive money in real time from Paypal from any part of the world.
MPesa users will also be able to directly load their PayPal wallets through a paybill number, 800088, that was provided by Safaricom. PayPal is said to have agreed to enter into the partnership as they seek to tap into Kenya's e-commerce sector which is fast growing.
This integration is bad news for Equity bank which has been enjoying the monopoly of PayPal integration. MPesa is expected to overtake Equity Bank due to the large number of people who use Mpesa as compared to Equity Bank.

Miguna Miguna Attacks Mudavadi, Calls Him A Fat Toad

Embattled Canadian lawyer Miguna Miguna has launched a scathing attack against former deputy prime minister Musalia Mudavadi calling him a man with zero integrity who is a certified coward and deserves no sympathies.
Miguna Miguna was responding to an interview in which Musalia Mudavadi had said Miguna had himself to blame for his woes saying he should have expected nothing less after failing to produce his travel documents.
But Miguna was hearing none of it calling Mudavadi a fat KANU toad who deserves every mistreatment he gets becuase he is a lying, despicable and lazy coward.
He also sought to make it clear that every wealth and political clout Mudavadi owns can be traced back to his father Soapstone Mudamba and former president Daniel Moi.
Miguna Miguna has seemingly put everyone in his cross hairs as he blames them for his woes, at some point even calling Raila Odinga a very stupid man.

The Fragility Of West Africa's Internet

The Fragility Of West Africa's Internet

When the ACE Submarine cable cut out on March 30th, a bigger part of West Africa found itself in the dark as far as internet connectivity is concerned for as long as more than 48 hours.
The breach came off the coast of Mauritania and the country was one of the most affected with no internet for 48 hours before connectivity was partially restored.

Other countries that had alternatives like terrestrial cable and satellite connections to route around the breach had connectivity but some areas in those countries were affected to a larger extent.
Such fragility witnessed is not only dangerous but could also lead to billions of dollars in losses if the impacts are felt across an economic bloc like we witnessed.
Facebook's solar drones and Alphabet's balloons are seeking to solve these problems but there is need for more investments in network infrastructure to have more reliable internet connections across the continent.

Apple Co-founder Leaves Facebook Amid Data Scandal

Apple Co-founder Leaves Facebook Amid Data Scandal

Stephen Gary Wozniak, the man who together with Steve Jobs co-founded Apple, has announced he is done with Facebook amid Cambridge Analytica scandal that has left Facebook reeling from the pain of losing users' trust.
In an email sent to USA Today and seen by Daily Updates, Wozniak who is popularly nicknamed Woz said he is leaving Facebook out of growing concern for the carelessness with which Facebook and other internet companies treat users' information.
Before deleting his Facebook account, he said the social networking site had brought him more negatives than positives. All traces of the man's Facebook account had disappeared by Sunday.
Steve Wozniak also lamented how Facebook made billions from advertising based on users' profile information yet none of the profits went back to the users.
He also took the chance to praise Apple's privacy policy saying the company makes profits from great products and not from users' information.

Airtel Users Still Won't Access Money From MPESA Agents

Amidst the excitement surrounding mobile money interoperability to be launched soon in Kenya, Airtel users now realize it is not as rosy as they thought.
Airtel Money customers will still be unable to withdraw cash from Safaricom’s M-Pesa agents and vice-versa even as the two leading telecoms firms move to enable smooth transfer of funds across networks under the interoperability platform that goes live on Tuesday.
The second largest telco in Kenya said it still expects customers to withdraw money from agents of the respective networks because “agent interoperability is not available.”

“It all means that when an Airtel Money customer sends money to an M-Pesa customer, the account balance of the M-Pesa customer will be updated instantly and the M-Pesa customer can either go to an M-Pesa agent to withdraw the funds or use it in other mobile cash transactions,” said Airtel.

The telecoms operators said on Friday that the objective of interoperability is to ease cash transfer.
On the other hand, Safaricom stated that the service on both networks will initially be available on USSD (short code) rather than within the apps.
“Subscribers on the Safaricom network will need to use a short code to send money, as opposed to sending money to other M-Pesa subscribers via Sim Toolkit or the Safaricom App,” Safaricom said.

Kasabuni's favorite son is currently under fire for a dirty dance move he initiated on stage while performing that ended with a female fan having her dressed raised up for all to see what was beneath the dress.
Timmy who also has a radio presenter job at the NRG radio invited the fan on stage to dance with him but things quickly took another turn when the lady turned to grind on him only for Timmy to raise her dress.
The lady in question, who was bent over at the time, quickly stands up and lowers her dress and shock can be seen registered in her face.
She however begins dancing again, almost immediately, and jumps on Timmy who places her on top of a speaker and continues to dance with her in all sorts of suggestive manners amid cheers from the crowd.
Anyiko who was once in charge of Sauti Sol's public relations led the bandwagon of those accusing Timmy Tdat of sexual inappropriateness saying that this was not the first time he was doing such a thing on stage.
Timmy Tdat who is synonymous with taking his clothes off on stage has however been defended by some tweeps who felt that the lady seemed to be enjoying everything that Timmy Tdat was doing to her.
He was performing at the Mr Eazi concert in Nairobi. Watch the video below.
