However, ever since the IEBC declared the incumbent president, Uhuru Kenyatta as President elect in the hotly disputed elections, questions arose over their unity.
Ever since the opposition came out to claim the election was a 'fraud' and then reject the results, the address to the media has been questioned by various people and citizens.
Musalia Mudavadi and James Orengo were the most vocal at first before the electoral body declared Mr. Kenyatta as the winner of the election. Since then, several ODM leaders have addressed the press, including James Orengo, Johnstone Muthama, Millie Odhiambo and even Babu Owino.

On Sunday 13 August, in their rallies in Kibera and Mathare, notable absentees were Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, and Isaac Ruto.
Especially curious, is the absence of former Bomet governor, Isaac Ruto who has not addressed the press ever since he lost the seat to outgoing deputy national Assembly Speaker Joyce Laboso.
After his announcement that the NASA Coalition will make a major announcement on Tuesday, 15 August, it will be interesting to note if the other principals will be seen in the public.
Relative calm has returned to major towns in Kenya as citizens return to work.
