The father of the baby is not yet known as the singer has struggled to keep her relationships, or lack thereof, after a nasty breakup with her South African boyfriend.
Avril became the source of ridicule when his then boyfriend posted pictures with another lady while Avril was in Kenya sharing their love story on Instagram and sharing with her fans her wedding plan.
She later said their relationship had ended amicably citing distance and conflicting work schedules as the reason for the breakup.
