Exclusive: Why Uhuru Kenyatta's TV Cancelled Nairobi Diaries

Nairobi Diaries exited our screens with the same style it entered. Profiting on Kenyans' untenable love for gossip, the show became an instant hit and was arguably the most watched during its time of existence.
It is now emerging that the show was prematurely cancelled under unclear circumstances. Our exclusive sources at Kijabe Streets shared with us confidential minutes of closed door meetings that led to the purge of Nairobi Diaries.
The producers of the show were demanding a fatter pay cheque arguing that its massive audience had given the Uhuru Kenyatta owned television station a much needed lifeline after strategies employed by other media houses almost brought TV station to its knees.
The producers were also not happy with the contract clause that allowed K24 to upload the episodes to its own YouTube channel even though Ink Productions Limited was also doing so.They wanted the clause done away with.
Ink Productions did not agree with K24's decision to continue bleeping cursing words and profanities that are synonymous with the show's cast. This is after numerous complaints from the show's fans that censoring the words sometimes significantly changed the context of conversations in the show.
All these demands were reasonable, at least by K24 show programmers' standards, and they agreed to look into them to strike a compromise.
However, the straw that broke the camel's back was the demand by K24 that the show stops hiring and providing legitimacy to commercial sex workers.
It is an open secret that a big percentage of Nairobi Diaries' cast consists of commercial sex workers. In fact, a new entry into the show, a short lady from Mombasa is a street level commercial sex worker who had been operating from Mtwapa until she was hired by the show. Another light skin male is also a know Ben 10 famous for servicing female Salon owners in Kilimani estate in Nairobi and in Nyali, Mombasa.
Bridget Achieng also recently confessed to being a prostitute.
The producers do not want to let go of these people because they are always willing to accept a smaller pay as compared to more established celebrities like Silvia Njoki who cut links with the show after only one season.
The show is now actively negotiating with other media stations and there rumors that it might run the next season on Ebru.

That's how it is in Kenya. When you are a social, your picture all over. All these rich tycoons wanna have a taste of this fine beautiful African woman. These are big business men. They will send you a message on the DM. Or they can send their pimp to ask for your number. I got those a lot when I became a socialite. And I got a big platform. And I tried. You are a desperate girl looking for money and you are getting a guy who wants to give you $10,000 just to go visit him in Dubai. Some people have never even seen $10000 in their lives. You just need to look pretty. I always feel like it has to be something in you. Because there are crazy things you are asked to do. You are asked to suck toes. I don't wanna scare people, but the young girls need to know there is nothing for nothing. You want a million bucks you will do something that is worth a million bucks. It is something I tried when I was in my desperate moments. I had to do it to just get back up. It is not something that any woman should be proud of doing.

Google Is Intentionally Showing Negative Stories About Donald Trump, He Promises Action

President of the United States Donald Trump has accused Google of rigging for him and many others to make him look bad. He claims that the technology giant is intentionally showing news results that have negative stories about him.
Donald Trump tweeted that 96% of results on Trump News are from National Left- Wing Media which he termed as very dangerous.

Social Media platforms have been under fire in the recent times for what is now commonly referred to as shadow banning certain groups of people. The president at some point acknowledged that Twitter was shadow banning Republicans.
We contacted Google for a comment on the accusations and they had not responded to our queries at the time of going to press.

Your Dad Should Have Used A C0ND0M! Boniface Mwangi Tells Ezekiel Mutua

Boniface Mwangi has once again viciously attacked Ezekiel Mutua for his comments on advertisements sponsored by condom manufacturing companies.
Dr Ezekiel Mutua, who has an opinion on literally everything in the face of this earth, was of the view that those adverts have nothing to do with safety and protection and were merely aimed at improving business.

These condom adverts do not promote safe sex or protection. They sensualises the product. It's more of business than safety campaign.

Many of those responses were considerate of Dr Ezekiel Mutua's position in government and society and his age. However, there is one man who laid bare his views with no filters or fear of intimidation.
Boniface Mwangi has never had any kind words for Ezekiel, a man he accuses of stealing money and awards meant for journalists during his time at a certain journalists' board.

Disgraced Journalist Kobi Kihara Deletes Her Instagram Account

Kobi Kihara, who was recently christened Kobi Cat and Copy Kihara, has bowed under the pressure and decided to take a break from social media. This follows one of the most shameful experiences a Kenyan celebrity has ever had to endure.
Kobi Kihara was caught in the act of plagiarizing other people's work with reckless abandon and even at some point in time she cyber stole a baby who she claimed was a close friend she met at a restaurant.
Kobi Kihara spent the better part of the weekend trying to right her wrongs to no avail. She posted videos of her entering the high-end stores of Prada and Louis Vuitton but the fact that she exited the stores without buying anything just went further to validate the narrative being pushed by netizens that she was living a fake life.
Kobi has now resorted to deleting her social media accounts. A quick search on Twitter or Instagram returns a "Sorry this page does not exist" message.
Many people have also been demanding that NTV cuts links with her saying she does not deserve to be given a national platform to peddle a fake lifestyle that many who have tried to emulate have ended up drowning in depression.
She is currently pursuing a Shoe Design course in New York City.
