US Airstrike Wipes Out 35 Al Shabaab Militants In Somalia

Another American airstrike has killed 35 Al Shabaab militants in Somalia. The strike carried out on 25th February continues the fight against terrorist militants in the horn of Africa country.

In a statement;

The precision airstrike killed 35 terrorists as at the time of going to press.

To support the Federal Government of Somalia's continued efforts to degrade al-Shabaab, U.S. forces conducted an airstrike approximately 23 miles east of Beledweyne, Hiran Region, Somalia, on February 24, 2019. - https://t.co/BRDFiI5ypo pic.twitter.com/1KTDGZ4IKO

US Africom reports that the attack happened east of Beledweyne in Hiran Region Somalia.
