Subdued Governor Okoth Obado Arrives In Court To Face Murder Charges
Embattled governor of Migori County Okoth Obado has arrived at the Milimani Courts to face the charges of aiding and abetting the commission of the murder of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno and her unborn baby.
The governor was forced to spend the entire weekend in the cells of Gigiri Police Station after he was arrested on Friday and had to wait till today to appear in a court of law.
Okoth Obado is appearing before High Court judge Jessie Lessit to answer the charges preferred against him by the office of the director of public prosecutions.
