BREAKING: First NYS Suspect Charged With 4 Year Sentence Or Fine

A court has sentenced an NYS suspect to 4 years in jail or 4 million shillings fine. In the sentence that should start the wheels to a graft free Kenya, many question the conditional sentence, saying that could be pocket change for him.

Selisio Karanja was part of those accused of embezzling funds from the Youth Service in the first heist.

That 4m is not even an inch equivalent to what fraction he took 4yrs jail is like waiting for his stolen money to appreciate then come and spend it come early 2023 Use it to campaign and as we know we Kenyans we would still forget and elect him

These people are all thugs. A single procurement cannot cost less than 20 million but he is fined amount he is capable to give! Anapaswa kupewa 2 or 3 times the amount he stole!

Has he returned the loot plus interest? If not, the courts are giving Kenya a raw deal,and setting impression that theft/ corruption is quickest route to riches.
