Uhuru Kenyatta Orders Ambassador To Pack Bags After Somalia Sells Kenya's Oil Blocs

President Uhuru Kenyatta has recalled Kenya's envoy to Somalia after the horn of Africa nation auctioned oil blocs belonging to Kenya. 

He also ordered  the Somali envoy to go back to his country.

The Government of Kenya says that Somalia auctioned oil and gas blocs that are in Kenya's territory.

The two countries have had good diplomatic relations with Somali presidents even residing in Kenya.

Furthermore,millions of Somali refugees reside in Kenya's Daadab camp.

It remains to be seen what this will mean.

Kenya has therefore asked Lieutenant-General (Rtd) Lucas Tumbo back to the country for urgent consultations.

The oil and gas blocks are in a maritime area belonging to Kenya.

Sources say that the auction happened in London, United Kingdom.

This unparalleled affront and illegal grab at the resources of Kenya will not go unanswered and is tantamount to an act of aggression against the people of Kenya and their resources.
This outrageous and provocative auction deserves and will be met with a unanimous and resounding rejection by all Kenyans as well as all people of goodwill who believe in the maintenance of international law and order and the peaceful and legal resolution of disputes

Kenyan Presidency Is A Village Position. Too Small For Raila Odinga

Speaking to Standard Media Group, lawyer and political pundit Karoli Kipchumba says that the Kenyan Presidency is too small for Raila Odinga. He adds that he should not come back into the mud slinging that is Kenyan politics as he is now above it in his respectable AU role.

As the Africa Union High Representative for Infrastructure Development, Raila Odinga has taken up a role that makes him so influential in the continental circles. His presence in the recently concluded AU meeting in Addis Ababa shows that Rao is on another level.

Lawyer Karoli argues that if Raila decides to vie for the presidency in 2022, in the current system, then it will be just like a village position.

The lawyer adds to his argument by saying that Raila's role in the growth in the democracy is immense and cannot be ignored.

If the Constitution structure remains the same, I’ll advise him to play the kingmaker. But if there will be amendments to the Constitution and executive framework, let him try his luck.
It will be belittling [for Raila] to come back and contest in a name-calling campaign, when you’ve risen to his stature in Africa. It will not be advisable for him to come back and fight with the Moses Kuria of this world, engage in the mugoroki campaigns again. He is above them.

Raila Odinga is working to help strengthen departments in the AU and NEPAD. His handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta ended a bitterly contested rivalry after the 2017 elections in which several Kenyans died demonstrating.

William Ruto: I Will Retire From Politics In Ten Years

The deputy president of the republic Dr William Ruto has declared that he will retire from active politics ten years from now when his political time lapses.
He was speaking at the Kitale ASK Showground during a retirement ceremony for Pentecostal Evangelistic Fellowship of Africa Bishop Samuel Thiongo.
In a statement largely believed to have been aimed at former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka, William Ruto said that politicians should resist all urges to overstay in power because there is life after politics.
Kalonzo was earlier quoted saying that Kenyans should give president Uhuru Kenyatta the chance to serve a third term saying that he is the best president Kenya has ever had. He later denied saying anything close to that like the real watermelon he is.
Dr William Ruto announced his intentions to mentor the youth to take over from him in ten years saying he has learned a lot of things in the political scene.
The deputy president favors a constitutional change that will allow for a president that serves a one seven year term.

In a twisted drama that is hard to understand, a fourth woman has come out to claim that she had relations with Joseph Kori Karue. The woman, Grace Wangari, says that the last time she talked to Kori, he claimed he was broke.

Grace Wangari becomes the fourth woman in Kori's insane love life that brought together women from left right and centre.
When Kori told her that he was broke, she agreed and believed him. She understood that his unemployment was the reason he couldn't help pay for her son's school fees.

City Lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi Reveals Massive Corruption Inside The Supreme Court

A day after the Supreme Court of Kenya, through its president and chief justice David Maraga, delivered its ruling on the petition challenging the election of Wajir County governor Mohamed Abdi, city lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has come out to disclose that some judges are corrupt to the core.
The Grand Mullah, as he is popularly known, revealed through his Twitter account that one of the judges was charging Ksh50 million a case during the election petition period. The unnamed judge is said to have taken money from at least 5 election cases according to the Grand Mullah.

Everybody knows the fact that a judge of the SUPREME COURT OF KENYA charged 50 million Shillings a case during the election petitions. Yet the CJ and JSC do nothing about this...I know for a fact 5 specific cases the judge asked for and was given that sum.

He continued to write he will on Monday write a letter to Chief Justice David Maraga to reveal to him the name of the judge.

On Monday i will write a confidential letter to the CJ and disclose to him which judges were bribed and how much money they got and by whom...one of the JUDGES was bribed through a member of parliament and the money taken from the Branch of a local bank in Eastleigh.

Senior Counsel Ahmednassir was representing the former governor of Wajir County who lost to the current governor but sought legal action and even won the case at the Court of Appeal only for the Apex court to overturn the ruling. Ahmednassir wondered sarcastically why his client was not given a chance to bid on the bribe price.

The problem with corruption in the Kenyan SUPREME COURT as aptly shown by the judgment of Wajir gubernatorial petition is that corruption is SINGLE SOURCED & is not OPEN & COMPETITIVE. My client was not invited to put his bid & some JUDGES took money from only one party.

We know from reliable source in the Supreme Court that the 6 JUDGES tied at 3.3 until yesterday afternoon when Justice Ibrahim changed his mind to make it 4.2 What happened? Who lobbed Ibrahim? Why did he change at the 11th hour? Ibrahim MUST tell Kenyans what we know.

We reached out to the office of the chief justice for comments but we have not received a reply. This could be due to the fact that the Chief Justice is a staunch Seventh Day Adventist who goes to church every Saturday without fail.
The grand mullah is now suggesting that Kenya imports judges because the country, currently as it stands, does not have enough incorruptible judges.

Betty Kyallo told the True Love magazine that she was stood up on her traditional wedding by her in-laws and husband to be as their calls went unanswered just hours to the wedding. What a nasty experience the poor lady had to endure and still smile for the cameras.

Naomi Joy said yes to Dennis Okari without thinking twice. Video recordings from the proposal dinner show an elated woman saying yes between bursts of tears. This was not the case with Betty Kyallo.
She had her doubts about the wedding right from the beginning. Her light was just beginning to shine and Dennis Okari had made his footprints in the investigative journalism world and was being approached by numerous respectable media houses.

No, Thank You! Woman Rejects Rat-hole Built For Her By Uhuru Kenyatta

Ms Damaris Wambui Kamau has rejected the house built for her by president Uhuru Kenyatta who was pleased by her son's talent four years ago when he performed a poem. She claims that the president's handler who was tasked with building the house was playing tricks on her and her son.

The house has visible cracks on the outside and looks semi-permanent according to the lady. She says this is not the house the president had envisioned in all his wisdom.

Damaris claims a Mr Wanjohi was tasked with building the house in Nakuru and what he did was a big joke. She warned him that one day the president is going to know about those tricks he is playing.
State House has categorically denied allegations put forward by Damaris Wambui Kamau. Kanze Dena, State House Spokesperson and Head of Presidential Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU), says that the house was built up to standard and even well furnished.

From the information I am gathering, the house was built and it is furnished but the lady claims the house was made of waste papers. I don’t understand what she meant by that. What was agreed upon when the family met the President at State House has been delivered. What is missing is cutlery and mattresses which will be procured. Why this family is not living in the house is what I don’t understand. It is only Ms Kamau who can explain to us why she is not occupying the house.

Daily Updates Africa visited the house in Mukurunyu, Bahati, Nakuru County and what we observed is a house with power and water connection. There is overgrown grass on the compound but that has nothing to do with President Kenyatta's promise. It is because the lady and her kid do not reside in that place.

The real bone of contention in this situation is that Damaris wanted the house to be built at another location of her choice. She says the land she had in mind was close to her relatives but State House chose to build for her near the home of someone who works in State House.
Damaris Wambui Kamau currently lives in a mud house she has rented 4KM away from the house she was built for.

Kericho Continues To Draw Blood As 9 Perish In Road Carnage

The number of people dying on highways in Kericho County continue to increase at an alarming rate as nine people are reported to have died after an oil tanker rammed into the 12 seater shuttle they were traveling in.

The crash that happened at the Chepsir Trading Center was reported at 6pm and only 4 of the 12 occupants of the shuttle survived.

Kericho OCPD Justus Kitetu said the Nakuru bound oil tanker was using the wrong lane and the matatu was doomed because the truck was descending at high speeds on the climbing lane.

Apart from being a news anchor, a flourishing business woman and a graceful celebrity with a legion of fans, Betty Kyallo has come out to reveal that she is a single mother raising a beautiful daughter without the help of the man who fathered her, Dennis Okari.
Dennis Okari, NTV Investigative editor, news anchor and the newest husband in Nairobi City, has in the past talked about his dislike for Betty Kyallo's decision to parade their daughter online but the new information that has been brought to light effectively strips him of the right to decide what is shown on social media and what is not.
During a candid question and answer session with her fans on Instagram, Betty delved into the question that she has ducked for years now; How do you co-parent? Do you have a formal system or a schedule?
The answer given by Betty Kyallo was simple and straightforward; am a single parent. She further said she was not bitter that Dennis Okari had moved on and married another woman saying she is happy in the place she is in right now.

Ghafla reports that Dennis Okari has refused to see his daughter. This could have been caused by the fact that the two human beings of the press do not see eye to eye.
The hostility between them has hindered the relationship between father and daughter but all around the world, worse enemies have found ways to co-parent.

A revelation that gives a glimpse to who really owns Kenya. Reports say that Mr Humphrey Kariuki's company received a Sh 2 Billion payment in 2001. 18 years ago, the man was dealing with more money than what Sonko needs to pay his workers at City Hall.

If a man can receive such huge payments almost 2 decades ago, who knows how much he is worth now? It was also confirmed that he is also a citizen of Cyprus.

Factoring in inflation and other economic factors, that money has increased multiple fold.

According to the Daily Nation, Mr Kariuki owns Mt Kenya Safari Club and the Hub in Karen.

The man has invested heavily in real estate, energy and even hospitality. Some time back in 2001, he had legal trouble when a payment of Sh 2 billion hit his company's accounts.

Crucial Properties Limited received a transfer of 2 billion from Liechtenstein through Charterhouse Bank.

The immense amount of money raised suspicion from the FBI and CBK who flagged it and his accounts were frozen.

He defended the payment saying that it was legitimate and it was part of money invested in Kenya by foreigners.

After time in court, one, Justice Samuel Oguk gave an order for the accounts to be unfrozen and they were emptied within hours.

At the end of May 10, 2001, the account only has Sh15.6 million.
