We Will Nab Them: PS Kibicho On NTSA Thugs

Some may have outsmarted the police, but Swahili legends said the days of a thief always end. After the false registration plate racket unearthed at the NTSA, the government of Kenya is now full on the case. Like a dog chasing after it's tail.

Although several arrrests have been made. It is still not clear who the masterminds of the crime ring that allowed the Dusit D2 terrorists to roam free are.

In a high adrenaline meeting between NTSA senior officials, Interior CS and Super CS Fred Matiang'i alongside PS Karanja Kibicho, sources say the management was put to task to explain the loopholes in service delivery.

A fact more common than thought, criminals have successfully cloned number plates of hundreds of  vehicles in Kenya and witnesses say you can often find similar registration numbers.

I accompanied Dr.@FredMatiangi to a meeting with senior @ntsa_kenya executives as we endeavor to address the management problems that have constrained service delivery. Criminals involved in cloning of car plates can run but they can't hide. We will catch up with them.
