Kenyans Demand For The Release Of NRM General Miguna Miguna
Miguna Miguna spent his entire weekend behind bars after he was arrested from his Runda home and moved to different police cells. He has been under police custody despite a court order asking the police to release him immediately.
Miguna Miguna had earlier dared the police to arrest him saying he was the one who administered the oath that was taken by Raila Odinga.
Miguna Miguna's fans online have been pushing the government to release him since he was arrested and the demands have only continued to intensified.
As University of Nairobi students Association,we are planning for a mega demo tomorrow. @MigunaMiguna served as SONU treasurer back in his days & we're in solidarity with our alumni. Remember we got @Babu_Owino out just recently.#FreeMigunaMigunaNow— Teardrops Kenya🇰🇪 (@Teardrops_KE) February 4, 2018
Hey, @BobGodec, @HCNicHailey & @EUinKenya, in case you think we will relent. You have encouraged and emboldened this regime to act with the level of impunity that it does. This is day #3 of Miguna's unlawful detention. You have nothing to say.#FreeMigunaMigunaNow— Jerotich Seii (@JerotichSeii) February 4, 2018
When a State ominously and blatantly disobeys lawful Court orders, then the ground for lawlessness and anarchy is adequately prepared. #FreeMigunaMigunaNow— Hon. Opiyo Wandayi (@OpiyoWandayi) February 4, 2018

#FreeMigunaMigunaNow an illegitimate government breaking every bit of law. Disobeying court orders, struggling to ascertain it's legitimacy has no shame on wanting to keep oppressing it's opponents. Miguna Miguna must be freed now— Bw.Karani (@MsIntegrity08) February 4, 2018
Kibra residents are demanding the release of NRM-K General @MigunaMiguna. Almost two whole days after a Court Order was issued for his release, police are still keeping him in custody. #FreeMigunaMigunaNow #FreeMiguna #Resist #NRMKe pic.twitter.com/Yh6wpNdu5S— NASA Coalition (@CoalitionNASAKe) February 4, 2018
The silence by the Chief Justice @dkmaraga when court orders are being disobeyed is worrying who is going to defend the constitution #FreeMigunaMigunaNow— Patrick adera (@Patrickadera2) February 4, 2018

If you can't abide by constitution, then let Jubilee declare that as from today, there's no constitution.
