A court of appeal judge, Sankale ole Kantai, has been arrested by Directorate of Criminal Investigations detectives in connection with the brutal murder and dumping of Dutch businessman Tob Cohen in an empty underground water tank.

Tob Cohen went missing in July last year only to be found rotting away in an underground water tank three months later. DCI director George Kinoti described the murder as brutal and vowed to bring the perpetrators to book.
