Women Perform Better Than Men In University of Nairobi Graduation
The University of Nairobi has a graduation ceremony for the 2016/2017 academic year currently ongoing and a shocking revelation has emerged.
Women performed better, with the best overall student being a woman. The university's vice chancellor Professor Mbithi noted that women continue to challange their male counterparts academically saying it was an encouraging trend.
In the school of arts for instance, there were 10 students who graduated with first class honours. Out of those 10, 8 were women.#UoNgraduation @uonbi— ViceChancellor,UoNBI (@vcuonbi) December 21, 2017
I am happy the best overall student is a female student. The female gender continues to challenge the male students academically.
Congratulations, Class of 2017.
