Is The Swearing Still On? Raila, Kalonzo Spotted Going About Normal Business

Doubts have been cast on Raila Odinga's highly hyped swearing in tomorrow after they were spotted going about their normal party business less than 24 hours to the event.
Raila Odinga was today in Milimani Courts where a case challenging the election of Embakasi East mp Babu Owino was being heard.
Raila Odinga sat next to Babu Owino as the court was going on. Other NASA leaders including Suna East mp Junet Mohammed were also in court.
Asked why he was attending a court sitting while an event that could potentially lead to his death was just hours away, Raila Odinga declined to answer the question saying that there was a committee in charge of the event and therefore there was no need for him to talk about it.
The former prime minister sat in court for only thirty minutes then left to an unknown location.
Babu Owino's election is being challenged by his closest rival,  Jubilee's Francis Mureithi, who is saying that the elections were marred by violence and coercion.
Raila's deputy Kalonzo Musyoka was in Machakos High Court where there were final submissions in a case challenging the election of Machakos governor Alfred Mutua. In court also was Makueni governor, Kivutha Kibwana, Musalia Mudavadi, Wavinya Ndeti and Rarieda Mp Otiende Amollo.
