Cunning Kabila Sneaks Back Into Power By Forming Coalition With Current DRC President
In a bizarre move that is probably a first in Africa, former DRC President Joseph Kabila is back in power. A coalition announced confirms that the former president will work with the recently elected Felix Tshisekedi.
