Uhuru To Sack 2 CSs As Reshuffle Turns Inevitable

Two cabinet secretaries in the government of Uhuru Kenyatta are facing axing and consequent prosecution for their roles in the Kerio Valley Development Authority Ksh63 billion dam projects. This is in the wake of news that Uhuru Kenyatta is planning a major cabinet reshuffle.
The president is reportedly unhappy with the negative publicity his government has been getting over the past few months because of the corruption cases that arise day in day out. He will ask cabinet secretaries implicated in graft to either resign or just fire them.
President Uhuru Kenyatta asked DCI George Kinoti in a meeting to speed up investigations involving corruption cases in the high ranks of his government.
The two cabinet secretaries facing arrest are part of the group being investigated by the George Kinoti directorate over the Kerio Valley Development Authority scandal. Sh63 Billion that was to be used in the construction of Arror and Kamwarer dams in Elgeyo Marakwet county has been pocketed through dubious tendering processes and negligence.
