Anne Waiguru Praises NYS Investigations, Says There Was A Mastermind
Kirinyaga Governor, Anne Waiguru has come out to support the NYS corruption investigations, saying that Josephine Kabura must have been acting on behalf of somebody. She poses the question of if Kabura was lying then who was her handler, in addition to questions on where she took the money the money in the sacks?

She then asks if the mastermind should be charged too, alluding that there must have been someone handling and directing Ms Kabura.

In the document shared by Ms Waiguru, the EACC says that the statement filed by Ms. Kabura was "bereft of truth" and there was no evidence to support it.
