This is barely two days after another accident claimed the lives of nine people in Kericho after yet another head-on collision involving a shuttle and a trailer.
The government through the National Transport and Safety Authority carried out a crackdown that is still ongoing to some extent to purge road unworthy drivers, conductors and vehicles out of Kenyan roads but road accidents are still a major contribution to the death of Kenyans.
